The recipe calls for 3 ingredients, 1 blender and 3 minutes! You’ll need frozen bananas and blueberries for this recipe. Frozen fruits add water which is essential in rehydrating the body and they taste way better.  Simply add your frozen fruits in the blender, and blend on low until it starts to break the fruits. Add a little water to help with the blending and voila! Top with more berries and bananas if you like.
