The Healthiest Strawberry Tart Recipe

This Strawberry tart is the easiest to make and so healthy. Only 4 ingredients needed biscuits, coconut cream, honey and agar agar powder.

Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 pkt biscuits (sugar free)
  • 1/3 cup coconut oil

Filling

  • 2 cans coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tsp agar agar powder/ gelatin
  • strawberries for the top

Instructions
 

Crust

  • Crush biscuits to fine powder
  • Add coconut oil and combine until it looks like wet sand
  • press it into the tart tin using a cup to even it out. Refrigerate as you make the filling.

Coconut Filling

  • In a cooking pot under medium heat, add coconut cream, honey and agar agar powder.
  • Stir until the powder dissolves
  • Cook for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens
  • Let it cool for a bit then pour it into the tart tin
  • Refrigerate overnight to set
  • Once set, cut up strawberries into thin slices from top to bottom and starting withe the bigger ones arrange them around the edge and then on the second time around, overlap the slices. Repeat until you get to the center and as you move to the center use smaller slices.
