How to Make the Best Vegan Spirulina Ice cream

This vegan ice cream is so easy to make and requires no special equipment. It's also dairy free but with the same smooth and creamy consistency.

Equipment

  • Food Processor/ Blender
  • Baking tray

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can Full fat coconut cream
  • 2 tbsps Spirulina Powder
  • 1/4 cup Maple syrup
  • Splash of vodka optional

Instructions
 

  • In a blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Transfer into a baking tray, that's been in the freezer for at least 30 mins
  • Cover it with a cling film making sure the film touches the ice-cream
  • Freeze for at least 3 hours
  • Let it thaw for 20 minutes before scooping
