Chocolate Chia Pudding

This chia pudding is the perfect treat with the perfect chocolate balance.
Chocolate Pudding
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Corn starch
- 1 cup Dark chocolate
Chia Pudding
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 3 tsp Chia seeds
Chocolate Pudding
In a small saucerpan, add coconut milk, chocolate cut into chunks and honey and bring to a simmer. Whisk until the chooclate melts then bring to a boil. Add in cornstarch and whisk until well dissolved.
Remove from the heat and let cool slightly.
The Assembly
Put your glasses inclined in a muffin cup, to get that diagonal line.
Pour the chocolate mixture slowly until you reach your desired height.
Put the glasses in the fridge and wait for it to cool, about 30 minutes.
Once cooled, add the chia pudding on top of the chocolate pudding.
If you find that the mixture starts to settle and become thick before you're done pouring, just return to the heat and whisk.
