Equipment

  • Blender (Optional)
  • Popsicle Mold (Optional)

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Natural Yoghurt
  • 5 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbsp Lime zest
  • 3 tbsp Tiwani Spirulina powder
  • 3 tbsp Lime juice
  • Crushed biscuits

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine.
  • You can go ahead and add this mixture into you popsicle mold immediately or you could blend it up to intensify the color, then add to your popsicle mold. Tap the mold on the counter to remove air bubbles and to make sure everything settles well.
  • Add crushed biscuits to the top of your mold, then insert popsicle sticks to the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 6-8 hours, overnight is better.
  • To remove the popsicles from their mold, run warm not hot water for about 10 seconds. This way the popsicles will pop out faster and easier. Enjoy!
