Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla French Toast

A rich eggy custardy like french toast made with the richest Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla paste and vanilla extract that will chnage everything you know about French Toast and served with vanilla cheese spread.

- 10 slices Bread
- 1 cups Whole Milk
- 3 Eggs
- 2 tbsp Black Juice Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste
- 1 tbsp Black Juice Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Brown sugar
- 2 tbsp All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Vanilla Cheese Spread
- 1/2 cup Cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Black Juice Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Black Juice Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Paste
In a large bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy. In a separate bowl, whisk flour and a little milk to form a paste.
Add the flour mixture into the eggs with the rest of the milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla paste, vanilla extract and salt and whisk into a homogenous mixture.
Heat a frying pan over medium heat with some butter.
Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture and soak for 20 seconds on each side. As it soaks heat some butter on the pan.
Fry the bread for about 2 minutes on each side or until it turns lightly brown
Repeat all the slices until done.
Serve with caramelized bananas, honey and Vanilla Cream cheese
