- 1½ cups Moringa porridge(Nurture & Reset)
- 1 cup Gluten free white flour
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 ½ tsp Baking powder
- 1 ½ cups Almond milk
- Pinch of Salt
- Olive oil (for cooking)
In a large bowl, add moringa porridge flour, gluten free flour and baking powder and combine.
Add almond milk and sugar and stir or whisk until it forms a batter. Adjust the batter to your liking by adding or reducing the milk for a lighter or thicker batter
Heat a pan and season with a little olive oil, then pour about a third scoop of the batter
Once bubbles start to appear, flip the pancakes and remove from heat
Cook the rest of the pancakes the same way until all the batter is done.
Top with sliced strawberries and drizzle some honey
