Easy Indomie Noodle Soup Recipe

This noodle recipe is so easy to make and takes only 15 minutes. It's full of vegetables and quite healthy.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packets Indomie noodles
  • 2 Boiled eggs
  • 1 cup Vegetable stock
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 cup Peas
  • 1 Green pepper
  • 1/2 Red onion
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tsp Crushed ginger
  • 1 tbsp Light soy sauce

Instructions
 

  • I used pre-made vegetable stock but you can make your own by boiling some vegetables _carrots, onion, garlic, ginger, leeks, celery with lots of water. If not you can still use water with stock cubes.
  • Start by cutting carrots and green peppers into julienne/thin strips
  • Cut up spring onions and red onion thinly
  • In a skillet under medium heat, cook garlic and ginger
  • Add soy sauce and vegetable stock and bring to a boil.
  • Cook noodles as per the instructions.
  • Place noodles into two bowls.
  • Add the broth, then add the carrots, green peppers, onion, spring onions and the boiled eggs.
  • Serve with bumbu sauce and enjoy.
