These vegan energy balls are gluten free and easy to make and the perfect snack to get you through the day.
Prep Time 10 minutes
Setting time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes

Equipment

  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Oats
  • 10 Pitted dates, soaked in hot water
  • 2 tsp Spirulina Powder
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 3/4 cup Desiccated coconut
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender/ food processor and pulse until combined. It should look like wet sand and come together when pressed.
  • Shape into balls and roll the balls in desiccated coconut
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour and enjoy.
